  • 6 chicken thighs (around 900 g)
  • 0.5 cup of flour (60 g)
  • 2 onions
  • 3 peeled garlic cloves
  • 2 cups pilsner beer (500 ml)
  • 1 cup of chicken stock (250 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper (5 g)

Procedure for chicken with beer
